HOW TO PARE BOTH OF THEM:
Turn Bluetooth Off on the device they're going to connect to. Long press both i7s until the lights flash alternating red/blue. Tap the power button on either one , not double tap as the very poorly translated instructions state to do. One of the buds will begin to flash blue only while the other still rapidly flashes red/blue. Now turn on the Bluetooth to your device and put it in discovery mode. Specific devices will have specific ways to do that so look on your favorite search engine if you're not sure how to do your specific model. Once in discovery mode scroll down the list of possible paired devices and find " i7tws" and tap it. It'll pair them in stereo now instead of 1 at a time.

- HOW TO PAIR BOTH OF THEM : First - Turn OFF Bluetooth. Once bluetooth is off, hold down the power buttons on both earpieces and they will pair to EACH OTHER. Once that's done, hold down the power button and turn them both off. Next, turn on Bluetooth and you will see i7-tws. Then turn on the LEFT earpiece, select i7-tws and you will hear 'Device Connected'. Once that's done, turn on the RIGHT earpiece and it should automatically sync to the LEFT one.
